Thanks so much for shopping with us! Here’s what to expect once your order is placed.

In-stock items

We take 4–7 business days to process and prepare your order before it ships, unless the product page says otherwise. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. 

Made-to-order items 

These pieces are created just for you, so they take a little longer — expect them to ship within 15–45 business days of purchase. Check the product description for the specific timeline on your item.

Tracking

 As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Worldwide shipping

We ship globally, and we’re happy to get our pieces to you wherever you are.

International orders

Customs rules vary from country to country, so we recommend checking your local import and tariff regulations before ordering. Any import fees, duties, or taxes due on arrival are the responsibility of the customer.
